Jemal Mihalik has over 15 years of experience in human resources holding leadership roles in various industries including manufacturing, healthcare, and higher education. She has supported both U.S. and International markets, giving her in-depth insight into diverse operations and employment laws impacting businesses across the globe. While she has a generalist background with in-depth expertise across the full spectrum of HR, her passion and focus is on executive coaching, building effective and thriving teams, and assisting the C-suite in HR strategy and day-to-day operations.
